Too manny commercials

Commercial takes for ever to load and turns an hour show into an hour and a half time!

I dont have cable so I dont have the option of logging in to view the shows. If I had cable I wouldnt download the app. Shows take way too long to be unlocked. I understand if its kept locked for a week but some shows are on the 5th episode (5th week) and all episodes are still locked. This app hasnt been very useful. Could be better. Also the commercials are horrible and wont load. Very delayed.

Its a great way to watch theyre shows on the go for free at a great quality BUT I always have to remember where I left off. It doesnt sound like big issue but it is when youre accustomed to every other streaming service doing that for you. Its very discouraging at times when you have to sit through a series of commercials (as if youre watching regular tv) just because youre trying to figure out where you left off.

Keeps crashing, endless commercials?? , its annoying and tacky that I cant even finish one episode on this app please fix soon

Whenever I try to open the app the vh1 logo on the first page continues to flash vh1 and thats all. Deleted and re-downloaded several times same problem.

Amazing works well every time I use it and always up to date with my shows.

Easy to use and access when Im traveling. LOVE IT!!!

My app keeps freezing on and off wifi during commercial break

I watch any show I want while Im cooking/cleaning. Its good to catch up on an episode anytime and anywhere.

I love this app it helps me catch up when I miss love and hip hop

This app has the potential to be great. However, the constant buffering and pinwheel leads me to rate it a 1 star. If I leave the show and go back to the main menu I get to watch the same adds over and over again. Its to the point that I know exactly when the add will start to buffer. Its even worse when trying to use AirPlay. Honestly if I could give this ZERO stars I would. VH1 you have to do better than this. If I was paying for this I would stop my subscription.

Freezes way too much

I keep trying to give the app a chance and thought maybe the loading issues would be corrected. I dont mind the commercials but its super annoying that every time a commercial break comes it freezes up and I have to kill the app and start over. Whats up with the loading issues seriously????

I LOVE vh1...... Now this app ever since I down loaded this app 3 years ago it has been giving me issues. Yes 3 years ago! Now why do I still have it ? Cause I dont have cable only thing I have is wifi and apps to watch my shows on. This app angers me to the point in almost smashing my phone to pieces ! Im not joking. It works when it feels like working. When shows are live is when it has the most problems, it just stops working and has a loading symbol over the screen. Now Ive tried shutting down the whole app and reopening it and then it wont even let me get into the app and says the server has timed out!!! Now if you have PATIENCE to wait and shut off your entire phone and keep trying to deal with this crap over and over again then by all means this app IS FOR YOU !
